actually, sakto ang word nga SUBUKIN which means TO TRY. ang SUBUKAN, on the other hand, means TO SPY. mao jd ni ang common mistake sa mga tagalog speaking people. kabasa ko ani sa among textbook sa class namo sa manila.
mao ba? wait, my understanding is different coz this is what i’ve learned… SUBUKIN means TO CHALLENGE while SUBUKAN is TO TRY… karon pako aning TO SPY. Anyone reliable to sort this out? =)
anyone who took Filipino subjects (which means kitang tanan nga sa Pilipinsa ni skwela) should know that SUBUKAN is to spy and SUBUKIN is to try (which could also be synonymous to ‘challenge’). gitudlo man ni pag elementary tas naa pud sa ako Fili2 nga textbook pag college. sayop ni sa mga tagalog nga nadala natong mga bisaya.

8subukin naman talaga yan e. subukan ay isang kolokyal na salita.
